Hello Happy Pals!
The PAL membership is the first step of the Happy Pals programme. The members at this status get a 5 % discount on their first booking starting from their second stay and earn points up to 5 % of the total amount per person of the booking they have made. The PAL members who reach 1000 points advance to the next membership status.
The ELITE membership is the second step of the Happy Pals programme. The members at this status get a 10 % discount on their bookings and earn points up to 5% of the total amount per person of the booking they have made. Our members, who reach Elite status by achieving 1000 points, must redeem a minimum of 250 points per transaction from their accumulated points. Our Elite members, who earn more discounts as well as more benefits compared to Pal status, become eligible for the higher membership status by reaching 3000 points.
The PRIME membership is the third step of the Happy Pals programme. The members at this status get a 15 % discount on their bookings and earn points up to 5% of the total amount per person of the booking they have made. The PRIME members who reach 3000 points receive 500 points as a gift.
