Paloma Orenda with 10 quartz courts and 2 clay courts and Paloma Finesse with 3 quartz courts, which are located next to each other, can use each other's tennis courts when it's necessary.

In our quartz and clay courts; rackets, balls, tennis court lighting and all other details are considered for you to just enjoy the game.

Whether you are looking for an adrenaline-fuelled experience of a lifetime or want to enjoy a few hours of relaxation, we ensure that everyone will find something for themselves.

Catch the wind out on the water, explore and take in the stunning coastline scenery.

You can experience sailing with a catamaran at Paloma Finesse and Paloma Orenda's their own water sports school.

Catamaran Courses

Content of catamaran beginners course in groups Basic terms, taxes, turnaround, waiting for position, courses on the wind, buoy training, safety training, and material teaching as well as sailing theory. Duration: 8 to 10 hours depending on the group size

 

HOBIE CAT 15, HOBIE CAT DRAGOON children catamaran and FANATIC surfboards are available.

 

Youth courses

Courses for 10- to 17-year-olds

Duration:  8 to 10 hours

 

The Advanced Cat Refresher Course

Course content: Renewal of sailing skills after a long break, manoeuvring training, turning training and capsizing.

Duration: about 4 hours

 

Windsurfing courses

Content of the surf beginner course

Rigg-games, start, turn, control, 180 ° rotation, theoretical and safety customer.

Duration: 8 to 10 hours

 

Surf youth course

This is a special course offer for the 10-17-year-olds

Duration: 8 to 10 hours

 

Surf refresher course

For advanced and returning surfers

Course content: renewal of the basic knowledge after a long surf break.

Duration: 3 hours

The courses and the rental are chargeable.

 

Are you already an experienced catamaran sailor?

On presentation of a recognized catamaran license and after a successful check-up by the catamaran teacher you can start directly. (free of charge)

ARCHERY

Have you always wanted to be skilful with a bow and arrow? Or are you simply looking for trying a new sport? Paloma Hotels offers archery for fun and an enjoyable experience. It’s a great activity to spend some time outdoors with friends and family. You don’t have to be an expert because we have instructors who will guide you through so you can just focus on having fun. You can also participate in the weekly tournaments. Archery is free of charge and for children of 13 years old and above.

YOGA

It’s time to roll out your yoga mat and discover the combination of physical and mental exercises. Yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Yoga is an ancient mind and body practice and meditation. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. A workout and relaxation, stretching and breathing techniques, all come together for you to get to know yourself and your body. Yoga develops inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body’s abilities at the present moment. It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body.

BEACH VOLLEYBALL

It is a complex and technical game where players must employ a great degree of both physical coordination and mental foresight Boccia is a fun and amusing sport which you can play with two or more people.

PILATES

The main purpose of Pilates exercises is to provide mind-body integrity. For an efficient workout, every exercise focuses on breathing and doing the movements right.. Pilates, which includes exercises suitable for different activities for working every part of the body, strengthens the muscles, increases flexibility and improves the general health of the body.

AEROBICS

The Aqua Fit is a high energy and fun fitness class in which you perform a range of aerobic moves in the pool shown to you by our motivational instructors. The strengthening and endurance program Aqua Fit tones muscles while protecting the joints and promotes fat burning. Our upbeat classes will ensure you are boosting your fitness, getting a top workout, and having a great time! Aqua Aerobics are a great way to mix up a traditional gym workout with the wondrous benefits of water. The water provides added resistance and support for a great challenge. You’ll tone your muscles, increase your range of movement, and improve your endurance, balance and flexibility. Feel relaxed and happy. Our water aerobics is done with additional equipment such as aqua dumbbells.
