Membership Term and Conditions
Paloma Hotels AŞ offers its guests a free Vacation Program and the only authority and organizer of Paloma Vacation Card.
Paloma Vacation Card is personal and not transferable. Only individuals are eligible for Vacation Points Program membership, and each individual may maintain only one Membership Account. Corporations, groups and/or employees of Paloma Hotels entities cannot enroll as Vacation Points Program Members.
Vacation Program is subject to the program rules set forth below, You have read, understood and accepted these Program Rules and You consent to the Paloma Hotels processing of data that is personal to you, and disclosure of such data to third parties, in accordance with the Paloma Hotels privacy statement.
Paloma Hotels have the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the Vacation Program Rules. Paloma Hotels may, increase or decrease the number of points received per a stay, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any points, add blackout dates, limit rooms available for accumulated points at Paloma Hotels or otherwise restrict the continued availability of points, change program benefits and locations of Paloma Hotels, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining or forfeiting points, or rules governing the use of points, In accumulating points, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any Vacation Program. Points cannot be transferred to any other member and In case of decease; the member's points will not be valid.

Paloma Vacation Card program is designed to award its Members to with special benefits. Participating Paloma Hotels are listed below. Membership of Paloma Vacation Card available for all persons of 18 years old. Members may leave the Paloma Vacation Card program at any time by submitting written notification. Paloma Hotels may terminate the program without any reason subject to two weeks' notice. In case of membership termination by the member or by Paloma Hotels, with prior notification, any redeemable points accrued until termination shall be used within 6 months. Paloma vacation Card shall remain the property of Paloma Hotels and must be returned upon termination of membership. In case of Lost, stolen or damaged membership cards will be replaced upon receipt of notification to Paloma Hotels. Password which enables the member to request award or check his/her points account online is given to the members to be defined personally. In order to prevent the misuse and for the security of the accounts the member must ensure that the PIN is not disclosed to unauthorized third parties. Paloma Hotels can not be held liable for the misuse of password. Members are required to state their membership number when making their reservations and to present their Membership card along with passport during checking in, to ensure that the points are awarded. Holiday gift is for 7 nights all inclusive, single accommodation in standard room excluding local tax.

Paloma Vacation Card points cannot be purchased and has no monetary value, points are valid for stays paid and accumulated points are valid for 5 years. Points are not redeemed after 5 years may be automatically canceled and all points earned will be reset. During redemption of points, new points cannot be accumulated. In case of Paloma Hotels acquired, have added a new hotel, change of hotel name or deletion of hotel or hotels, points can only be redeemed at the time of existing hotels. In case of Natural disasters, war, terrorism, insurrection, changing laws and regulations, confiscation or strikes, lockouts, breakdown of production and communication facilities, a significant person of force majeure actual party to the other party shall promptly notify in writing. Continuation of the force majeure will not be responsibility of Paloma Hotels. If present situation of force majeure continues for a period of 30 days, each of the parties, the unilateral right of termination will be born.

The Member shall be responsible for ensuring that his or her Points or are properly credited. If proper credit does not appear on the member's activity statement, the Member should complete a Missing Stay Request Form, then mail or fax the form, along with a copy of the paid hotel receipt, Paloma Vacation Member. Members should allow approximately six to eight weeks for the stay to be credited to individual Membership Accounts. Requests to add or modify hotel stays must be received within one year of the stay.
Settle disputes Turkey Antalya Courts and the Executive Office has been authorized.
